Refreshing, it goes well with many dishes but it is ideal with appetizers and expresses its full capacity with fish courses.
When summer arrives, 'light' becomes the focus of the menu. This rosé wine is the perfect accompaniment to a summer lunch or dinner. The noble grapes, typical of the Chianti region (100% Sangiovese) gives the wine a strong personality and complex nose. It has intense aromas and a fresh, mineral taste making this wine suitable for any meal but, in particular, for an aperitif and fish dishes, light cheeses and meats.
This wine has another unique feature: its label. The result of a competition among the students of Polimoda Firenze and created by Elena Bertocchi. The amazing graphics carry through to the back of the label where you can read a short piece of the novel of the Tuscan poet Renato Fucini who long lived in Villa Dianella and whom is laid to rest there.
Temperature-controlled fermentation. Aged in stainless steel for 6 months. Pink yellow Bouquet the flavour profile is complex with fruity fermentation and the austerity typical of sangiovese, fresh mineral taste, it has good acid balance and a well-structured body.
