The Extra Virgin Olive Oil Fattoria Dianella is an extremely fine oil, ideal for bruscetta as well as for cooking. The oil is cold pressed locally, at a communal press in the town, within 24 hours being handpicked from the end of October until November. This oil captures wonderfully floral notes which embody memories of the Tuscan countryside.
